Our new measure of success at Grace Church over the next 10 years will be built around not how many people we bring in, but how many disciples we send to tell the world a better story as we follow Jesus into all the spaces where we live, work, learn, and play. This will help give our Church a new perspective on how we can live a Christian life in a sinful world every day.

A Compassionate Storyteller knows God's story and their place in it, and they are motivated to tell the people in their lives.
A Savvy Follower can discern God's voice and follow His lead at the right time and in the right way.
An Intentional Friend partners with God to build healthy relationships and restores broken ones.
An Embedded Influencer understands how God has purposefully gifted and positioned them to multiply His work in the world.
