Live Out Your Faith More Fully With Help From Trusted Teachers & Scholars

The Dream Disciple Formation Series is designed for those who long to encounter Scripture in a way that speaks directly to who God made them to be. Each session will help you uncover the richness of God’s Word while also guiding you to grow in a specific Dream Disciple Role. With trusted scholars and gifted teachers, we’ll explore the stories, questions, and truths of Scripture with open hearts, listening for how God is shaping both our understanding and our lives. You don’t need to be a Bible expert: just come ready to grow. Whether you’re new to studying the Word or have been walking with it for years, these sessions are an invitation to discover more of God, deepen your faith, and live more fully into your journey.

Session Information

Queen Esther: Lessons on Faithfulness in a Hostile World.

In this Dream Disciple Formation Class, we will look at the story of Esther and the lessons we can learn on what it means to live faithfully in a foreign and hostile world. We will discuss themes such as the silent sovereignty of God, faithful witness in the face of antagonism, and whether one should assimilate into or fight against the culture in which we live. Time permitting, we will also compare Daniel and Esther’s approach to faithful witness, and ask whether or not Esther is portrayed as an exemplary character.
