We are just about a week away now from the celebration of the birth of Christ. As you probably know, December 25th is more of the commemoration date than the actual date of Christ’s’ birth. There are varying and debatable historic dates ranging from 5 B.C., 4 B.C. and even 1 A.D.

This morning the alarm went off at 5:00am. Oh how I wish I could have slept longer, but I knew I needed to look out the window and check on the snow situation. As I had suspected, I needed to suit up and join the rest of you out there clearing my driveway and providing extra travel time to work. Having just moved into a new house this week I hadn’t quite adjusted to my “driveway snow removal system.” Luckily, I have a snow blower in the garage which is separated from our house. Unfortunately I spent 10 minutes trying to get into the garage and I couldn’t.
