Sunday Mornings

Sunday mornings at GraceKids are the best! We love welcoming the kids and getting them excited for Sunday School. Here are a few things you'll need to know when you arrive. Please feel free to contact Erin Mesanko - she'd love to hear from you!

Check-In
When you arrive at church, please head over to our computer check-in area - right under the big GraceKids sign. You'll use our computer system to check-in your child, and to print out a name tag for them and your receipt tag. Our check-in volunteers can help you with computers and show you how to add a page. Don't forget to keep the receipt tag. You'll need it to pick up the kids! We also have pagers that allow us to reach you while you’re in Sunday School or the worship service.

If it's your first Sunday, one of our volunteers will have you fill out some information and then show you around our children's wing.

Classroom Assignments
We use a large group/small group structure for Sunday School. Preschoolers break into small groups within the same classrooms. Elementary kids go to a new classroom for small group time based on their grade. These are the age breakdowns for the rooms:

Safety
Your child's safety is incredibly important to us. All of our volunteers have successfully completed a background screening prior to serving with GraceKids.

Volunteers
At GraceKids, volunteers make Sunday School possible! We rely on the dedication, passion and enthusiasm of our volunteers to make Sunday mornings an exciting learning experience for the kids.

Each week there are countless opportunities for adult and teen volunteers to pour into the kids. There is always a need for new volunteers and a place for them to serve.
